I noticed what effective, as well as non-effective, communication looks like. I’ve analyzed hearing vs listening and how active listening is key to a more effective exchange of ideas with longer retention. I then began formulating images, graphs, charts, and illustrations to better explain it all in quick and simple to grasp concepts.
